At MADSPEED.CO we believe there is no singular way to approach nutrition. Each person's nutritional requirements are very specific to their goals and lifestyle, so we create flexible meal plans using whole foods as a basis for your nutritional needs.

We have a vast knowledge of different diets and protocols including but not limited to the following:

  • Fasting / Intermittent Fasting

Once we have the initial consultation, we will determine what protocol would work best for you and your specific goals. As a result, a very flexible meal plan will be provided on a weekly basis. During our time working together, we will remain engaged with you daily and make changes to adapt to your progress and needs.
